This queue will have the Manuscripts which are submitted but returned back to the author by the admin / Eic for making the changes. In the Admin Desk if User clicks on ‘Return to Author Desk for Changes’ button for any Manuscript then the Manuscript is displayed in this queue. Author can resubmit the same Manuscript again by clicking on the ‘Continue Submission’ An Admin/EIC can Return to Author Desk for Changes a manuscript only when it is not in review process.
